Lithographic printing is often chosen for projects where colour consistency, fine detail and production control need to remain stable across larger print runs. Used across brochures, packaging, catalogues and premium brand materials, it delivers the reliability and flexibility required for work where presentation and consistency directly reflect the standards of the brand behind it. At Dayfold, lithographic production is supported by carefully managed colour workflows, large B2 formats, specialist materials and in house finishing, allowing every stage of the project to be controlled from press through to final delivery.
PRECISION & CONSISTENCY
Built for Projects Where Detail Matters
Premium lithographic printing is often chosen for projects where consistency and presentation cannot drift across the run.
For Luxury Brochures, Premium Catalogues, Folding Cartons and Bespoke Printed Bags, colour accuracy, image sharpness and finishing quality all need to remain controlled from the first sheet through to the final delivery. That level of consistency becomes especially important for premium brands where print quality directly influences perception.
At Dayfold, lithographic production is approached as part of the wider project rather than simply a print process. Materials, finishing requirements and end use are all considered early to ensure the final result performs exactly as intended once produced at scale.
Working in large B2 format allows greater flexibility across layouts, folding formats and packaging applications while maintaining exceptional detail throughout the finished piece.
We regularly produce lithographic work across coated, uncoated and textured Specialist Papers, combining precise colour management with carefully selected Finishing Techniques to create print that feels refined, balanced and commercially effective once handled.
For clients who want greater involvement throughout production, press passes and an open door approach also allow opportunities to review colour, materials and finishing directly on press during key stages of the run.
"Premium print relies on consistency people never consciously notice."
PRODUCTION & FINISHING
Delivered with Accuracy and Control
Lithographic printing allows greater control across projects where colour consistency, finishing precision and material flexibility all need to work together seamlessly.
Using Pantone and fluorescent inks, calibrated workflows and large format production, we’re able to maintain strong consistency across detailed brand materials, packaging and high volume print campaigns. This is particularly important for projects where multiple components, substrates or finishing techniques all need to align accurately across the final delivery.
Our production team work closely with clients throughout the process to ensure expectations around colour, stock and finish are fully understood before production begins.
Finishing is integrated into the production process from the outset rather than treated as a final add on.
Premium Foil Printing, embossing, debossing, spot UV and specialist laminates can all be combined alongside lithographic production to introduce texture, contrast and depth while maintaining clean detail and sharp reproduction throughout the piece. Structural Design, prototyping and material testing can also be incorporated where projects require more bespoke packaging or presentation formats.
Supported by in house finishing and production oversight throughout, every stage is managed to ensure the final piece feels aligned with the standards expected from a premium brand.
SUSTAINABILITY CONSIDERED FROM THE START
From material selection and print methods through to finishing and production efficiency, sustainability is considered as part of the process from the very beginning.
